Little Federico Chavez Tapia, 16 months, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, November 9, 2015. He was born July 3, 2014. He is survived by his parents, Maria de la Luz Tapia and Cesar Chavez; brothers, Julia Cesar Chavez Tapia and Juan Diego Chavez Tapia; and sisters, Alondra Chavez Tapia and Luz Andrea Chavez Tapia. A service to celebrate the life of Federico Chavez Tapia will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, November 12, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
