Felcia Arlene Hall, age 97, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at her home. Felcia was born on June 25, 1928, the daughter of the late Pearly and Katie Whaley Edwards of Dalton, GA. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willard W. Hall. Felcia was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dalton, GA. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen Chafin and John; grandson, Chris Parker (Christy); great-grandchildren, Christen Parker Wilkes (Andrew), Christiana and Chrisaren Parker; one great-great-grandchild and her pride and joy, MJ Wilkes; and a brother, Larry Edwards.
