Frances B. Ledford, age 84, of Chatsworth, Ga. passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024. She was born February 20, 1940. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Ledford; parents, Robert and Daisy Best; son, Steve Ledford; daughter, Judy James; brothers, Harold Best, Jimmy Best, Mickey Best; sister, Ruth West. She is survived by her son, Jessie (Kim) Ledford; daughter, Linda (Lowell) Sanford; sisters, Linda (Alfred) Hall; Shirley Cook; grandchildren, Nathan (Amanda) Watson, Michael (Tasha) Watson, Liz (Hosea) Espinoza, Jonathan (Ashley) Sanford, Tyler Sanford, Ben (Sydney) Sanford; great grandchildren, Maria Espinoza, Angel Espinoza, Lily Espinoza, Jessica Sanford, Clover Sanford, Cassie Sanford, Jalen Sanford, Brentally Sanford, Kinse Sanford, Jonathan Sanford, Emily Sanford; nieces and nephews, Candance (Daniel) Martin, Lynn (Michael) Waters, Kasey (Jason) Goley, Caleb Hall; great nieces and nephews, Nicole Martin, Craighton Roper, Kelsey (Brady) Wilson, Aspen Goley. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Frances Ledford will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Cary Hall officiating. Interment will be at Good Hope Baptist Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
