Frances LaVonne Phillips, age 70, of Resaca, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020. She was born on September 9, 1950. Frances had 20 brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest Denny and Nellie Hoskins Turner. She is survived by her husband Ronald Phillips of Resaca; son, Jerry Pass of Washington; daughters, Shiela Ward of Virginia, Lila Day of Chatsworth; grandchildren, D.J. Phillips, Tristan Day, Cheyenne Day, Cassandra Day, Jamal Cox and Terrance Cox. A service for Frances LaVonne Phillips will be held at a later date.
