Frances Marie Stanley, age 78, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023. She was born on May 17, 1944. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lestor and Bethel "Shuler" Newton; son, Darryl Stanley. She is survived by her brothers, Gary and Cathy Newton, Elbert and Mozelle Newton, Harold and Pat Newton, Donald and Ann Newton; grandchildren, Aaron and Holly Stanley, Treston and Tiffany Stanley; great grandchildren, Eli Stanley, Makayla Stanley, Carolina Stanley; great-great grandchild, Waylon Stanley. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Frances Marie Stanley will be held in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 - 1:00 PM Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
