Gary Rhodes, age 59 of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023. He was born on December 22, 1963. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Rhodes Sr. and Claudia 'King' Rhodes. He is survived by his brothers, Robert (Ruth) Rhodes and Thomas Rhodes; his aunts, Judy King, Becky Welch, and Nancy Kubit; his nephew, Nick Rhodes; his niece, Justine Lawson; his grandchildren, Trey, Justin, and Layla Lawson; and his cousins, Gary, Tony, Johnny, and Brian Welch. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Gary Rhodes will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Gary McPherson officiating. The interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
