Givaughni Hoffman, age 53, of Bayshore, NY, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014. He was born on January 31, 1960 in Freeport, NY. He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Hoffman. He is survived by his father, Gerald L. Hoffman of Lafayette; sister and brother in law, Gloria and John Dahlstrom of Lafayette; brother and sister in law, Gerald Jr and Beth Hoffman of North Haven, CT; nieces and nephews, George Parker, Kristin Hoffman, Justin Hoffman, Jessie Hoffman; great nephew, Brandon Parker. Givaughni will be cremated at his request.
