Gladys Ruby Shipman, age 78, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. She was born on July 12, 1937. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Illene Young; brother, Clinton Young; and a sister, Geneva Lomax. She is survived by her son, Danny Shipman; brothers and sister in law, Fred and Vivian Young, Carl Young, John Young, Bunyon Young, David Young, Danny Young; sisters, Blancy Young, Ruby Young; grandchildren, Selena Shipman and Sabrina Shipman.
