Mr. Harold Ned Taylor Jr., age 79, of Dalton, GA passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. He was born on June 14, 1942 in Repton, AL. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frieda Mae Stallworth; father, Harold Ned Taylor Sr.; and grandparents. He is survived by his son, Mike Watkins of Michigan; brother, William Taylor of Mobile, AL; sisters, Jocelyn (Joe) McDonald, Rhonda (Donald) Robinson of Mobile, AL, Wanda Peaden of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Timothy Pilcher, Cheyanne Pilcher of Dalton, Kayla Miller of Gainesville, FL, Trampas Miller Jr. (TJ) of Pensacola, FL, Megan (Justin) Frey of Benton, TN, John (Makayla) Morgan of Benton, TN, Zachary (Zach) Miller of Cleveland, TN; great grandchild, Karsen Reed Frey; stepchildren, Trampas (Pam) Miller of Pensacola, FL, Tiawan (Keith) Gibson of Cleveland, TN, Lisa (Scott) Pilcher of Dalton, Tonya (Johnny) Morgan of Benton, TN; and wife, Jeanette Taylor of Dalton. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Harold Ned Taylor Jr. will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Cantrell officiating. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home.
