Harvey Neal, age 84, of Rocky Face, Ga. passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. He was born in Nebraska on October 3, 1940. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School and managed hotels in Dalton, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents and both sisters. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Jacqueline Neal; son, Jeffery Neal. A remembrance service to celebrate the life of Harvey Neal will be held at a later date.
