Hugh Everett Bryan, age 64, of Cisco, GA, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, November 9, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on July 9, 1961, in Smyrna, GA, Hugh was the son of Marvin Bryan and Helen Doris Perry. A lifelong mechanic, Hugh dedicated his career to serving others through his work, most recently with Murray County. His hands built more than just cars, they built memories, laughter, and connections that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Hugh had a passion for building things, traveling, and cruising the open seas. He never met a stranger and had a gift for making people laugh. Whether he was swapping stories, cracking jokes, or lending a helping hand, Hugh brought joy and warmth wherever he went. He was truly a fun person to be around, someone who made life feel lighter. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Bryan; mother, Helen Doris Perry; sons, Chad (Karen) Bryan and Keith (Crystal) Bryan; daughter, Reese Greeson; and brothers, Paul (Elinore) Bryan and Timothy Bryan. In addition to his parents, Hugh was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Bryan and Lisa Bryan. A funeral service to honor Hugh's life will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home, with Reverend Chad Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the service hour. Burial will follow in a private family cemetery in Cisco, GA.
