Jack Junior Davis was born July 28, 1941, in Whitfield County to Jesse and Annie 'Pierce' Davis. He passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Walnut Creek Senior Living after battling Alzheimer's for over five years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly Ann Davis; brothers, Jessie Bell, Troy Bell; sisters, Betty Bell, Catherine Kirby. Jack owned and operated Davis Carpet Supplies for over 55 years. He was also a member of Dalton Elks Lodge 1267 for 39 years. Jack had a big-time personality and always kept you on your toes as you never knew what he'd say next. He was both hilarious and thoughtful and always took care of his family and friends while being the life of the party. He is survived by his wife & partner of 48 years, Karen Anderson Davis; son, Bruce Davis; stepson, PJ Eubanks; sister, Wilma Cross all of Dalton, Ga.; grandchildren, Ashely Davis Lloyd her husband Eric and their two children of Ringgold, Jake Davis and his wife Abby and their two children of McDonough, Ga.; Hagan Eubanks Torres and husband Adrain and their two children of Johnson, Tn., Tori Perdue and husband Alex and their three children of Ringgold, Ga., Madison Eubanks of Dalton, Ga., Chloe Eubanks of Dalton, Ga.; brother in-law Ronnie Anderson and his wife Vickie of Dalton, Ga.; sister in-law, Kristie Coker and husband Cary of Cohutta, Ga. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jack Junior Davis will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Darey Kittle officiating. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
