Jackie Bowen, age 76, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021. He was born on December 22, 1944. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earlie and Frances Bowen; brothers, Bobby Ray Bowen, Terry Bowen and Jerry Bowen. He is survived by his wife, Saira Bowen of Dalton; son, Andrick Bowen of Dalton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Carolyn Bowen of Chatsworth, Larry and Pam Bowen of Chatsworth; sisters and brother-in-law, Ruby Lee and Wayne Mason of Chatsworth, Judy Elizabeth Stanley of Chatsworth; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Jackie Bowen will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Farell Rogers officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
