Jacob Brackett, age 32, of Cohutta, Ga., passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023. He was born on September 17, 1990. He is survived by his father, Bobby Brackett; mother, Pamela "Taylor" Brackett; step-mother, Cynthia "Tate" Brackett; wife, Heather "Vigueras" Brackett; sons, Jakobe Brackett, Covan Brackett; brother, Joshua Brackett; sister, Jennifer Smithers. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jacob Brackett will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, 22, 2023 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
