Mr. James "Michael" Bramlett, age 68, of Dalton, GA passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022. He was born on July 24, 1954. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Dennis Bramlett and Eula Mae "Broome" Bramlett; brother, Dennis Lane Bramlett; son, Brandon Ray Carter; brother in laws, Jimmy Johns and Jerry Sneed; and father-in-law, Bobby Cox; nephew, Erik Johns. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Bramlett of Dalton; son, Chad Carter; mother in law, Mildred Cox; daughter in law, Danielle Carter; grandchildren, Logan Carter, Lana Carter, London Carter, Parker Edwards, Gabby Johnson; nieces and nephews, Kellie and Dustin Edwards, Denny and Valery Bramlett, Rob and Kristy Johnson, Ian and Becky Johns; brother-in-law, Rickey Cox; sister in laws, Charlene Sneed and Sheila Johns; and special friend, Bo Phillips. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. James "Michael" Bramlett will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Cantrell, Bro. Kenny Goss, and Bro. Paul Byrd officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home. Avery Johnson, Dustin Edwards, Ian Johns, Rob Johnson, Denny Bramlett, and Lance Cox will be serving as pallbearers.
