James T. Edmondson, age 90, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born on May 19, 1932. He was a Veteran and native of Murray County, Georgia, marrying the love of his life, Barbara L. Bright in November 1953. He retired after 50 years of over the road trucking. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and working with his son in the lawn business. He was a man with a great love for his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleve and Tennie Bearden Edmondson; brothers, Harold and Robert Edmondson; and his wife of 65 years, Barbara L. Edmondson. Surviving are his two daughters, Angela K. Nicholson, and Sheryl Regina Massung (Thomas); one son, James T. Edmondson Jr.; grandchildren, Jennifer Epperson, Daniel Miller, Justin Edmondson, Tiffany Purky, Anna O'Dell; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Katelyn, Mason, Brixton, Jaxon, Jasper, Isaac, Jaslyn and Aniston.
