James Lee Kincaid, 72, of Dalton, GA passed away January 23, 2020. James was born at Hamilton Memorial in 1947. James served our Country in the US Army as a "Sharp Shooter" during the Vietnam War, & later graduated from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga with a Master's in Business. James worked many years in the Carpet Industry for Remington, H.P.P.C, & Dorsett Industries, where he retired in 2018. James is survived by his nephew Cary Noyd, Cary's wife Tami Noyd, & their children Trenton, Bryce, & Jake, his niece Jana Garcia, her daughter Ashlee, his nephew Patrick Burnside, & many close friends. James is preceded in death by his mother Iva Kincaid Ferris, his father A.B. Kincaid, & his sisters Linda Noyd & Angie Kincaid. James was loved by so many! He was a devoted Uncle & will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. The funeral service will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 7th, 2020 at Dalton Funeral Home in Dalton, GA. Minister Ethan Cantrell will be officiating. A private Burial will follow the funeral at West Hill Cemetery, with Reception at 4 pm tba. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Dalton Funeral where flowers, funeral donations & condolences may be offered.
