Mr. James Henry Lands, age 78, of Chatsworth, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023. He was born on May 15, 1944. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Regina "Fouts" Lands; parents, Melvin Lands and Ruth Cloer; brothers, Jerry Lands, Mark Lands; sisters, Marilyn Joyce, Carolyn Neighbors, Diane Bell, Linda Bowen. He is survived by his sons, James Jr. (Laura) Lands, David (Lisa) Lands; daughter, Demetra (Charles) Ruth; grandchildren, Brooke, Dakota, Breann, Zena, Bailey, Annabella, Levi; great grandchildren, Ryker, Blakeleigh, Jaelyn, Piper, Kensley. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. James Henry Lands will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Rymer and Pastor Steve Collins officiating. Interment will be at Bethel Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
