James Anthony Manis Sr, age 49, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017. He was born on August 25, 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Manis Jr. and Georgia Grace "Serrano" Manis. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Manis of Ringgold; sons, Christopher Manis of Ringgold, James Anthony Manis Jr of Florida and Juston Manis (Fiance, Jessica Gonzalez) of Ringgold; brother, David Wayne Manis Sr (Jamie) of Cohutta and their children David Jr, Ashley and Tiffany; sisters, Michelle Manis of Cohutta, Cheryl Miller (James) of Texas; grandchildren, Hannah, Jasmine, Chris, Elyjah, Brettin, Aden and Tyler; nephew, Joseph King and great niece Alexis King. A funeral service to celebrate the life of James Anthony Manis Sr will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at Varnell Cemetery.
