James Millsap, age 86, of Dalton, Ga., passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023. He was born on October 29,1936. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Head Cantrell Millsap; mother, Lutie Bates. He is survived by his children, Terry Millsap, Sherry Millsap, Allan Cantrell, Steve Cantrell, Randy Cantrell, Sheila Barefield; several grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. James Millsap will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Randy Cantrell officiating. Interment will be at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 4:00-8:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
