James Anderson Pace, age 60, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020. He was born on December 12, 1959. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Geneva Pace; brother, Lamar Pace; sisters, Deborah Defore and Kathy Morgan. He is survived by his sister and brother in law, Elaine and Lee Parsons of Dalton; special niece, Jada Beavers of Dalton; brother in laws, David Defore of Dalton, Chuck Morgan of Chatsworth; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of James Anderson Pace will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Pace and Pastor Junior Clayton officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2:00 PM until the hour of service. Adam Baker, Brian Duckett, Joel Rios, Phillip Tankersley, Mitchell Payne, Addison Baker, Dylan Wood and Jordan Nutt will be serving as pallbearers.
