Janice Taylor, age 81, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017. She was born on June 20, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ambrose and Fannie Mae Delinger; brothers, Robert Delinger, Jay Delinger; sisters, Ruby Bowman and Mildred Delinger. She is survived by her children, Cindy Stephens and James Johnson of Chatsworth, Timothy Sr. and Linda Taylor of Rockwell, NC, Renee and Robert Yauger of Cohutta, Debra and Randy Chambers of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Shannon Sikes and his fiancé Bob Honeycut, Stacey and Mark Kiziah, Gram and Melody Hooker, Katelyn Yauger, Ben and Angie Taylor, Tim Taylor Jr, Jay and Angie Leonard; great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Janice Taylor will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, November 24, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Martin Quinonez officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation an hour prior to the service.
