Mr. J.C. Rittenhouse, age 87, of Tunnel Hill, Ga. passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026. He was born on November 25, 1938. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Rittenhouse; parents, Claude and Bertha Rittenhouse; and daughter, Tammie Jo Rittenhouse; brothers, Dewy Rittenhouse, Leonard Rittenhouse, and B.C. Rittenhouse and Holmer Rittenhouse.

Mr. Rittenhouse is survived by his son, Jerome Rittenhouse; grandchildren, Erik Rittenhouse(Amy), Erin Crawford(James), and Tabitha Rittenhouse; great-grandchildren, Ethan(Emily), Averi, Levi, Owen, Cole, and Macie. A special thanks to Shirley Campbell. J.C. loves the outdoors, fishing, turkey hunting, and bird watching, but most of all, he loves his family. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dalton Funeral Home.
