Jeanette McKinney, age 54, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023. She was born on November 20,1968. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty "Langham" Patterson. She is survived by her father, Jimmy Patterson; daughter, Jennifer McKinney; brothers, Michael Patterson, Larry Patterson; sister, Sandy Nelson; grandchild, Calder Murray; nephew, Derrick Nelson; and beloved fur-baby, Jack. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Jeanette McKinney will be held in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home Saturday, August 26, 2023. The family will be receiving friends between the hours of 12:00 – 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Whitfield County Humane Society.
