Jene Ricky Shinall, age 72, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. He was born October 12, 1952. He was preceded in death by his father, William Francis Shinall Jr. Ricky was well loved. He is survived by special friends, Amber Cobb, Jonah, Steve Laird, Doug Ink and children, Les and Alecia Halman and their children. Many special fiends at Grace Presbyterian Church.
