Jerry Lee Crider, age 82 of Chatsworth, GA passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at AdventHealth Murray surrounded by his loving family.

Jerry was born on April 16, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John Henry Crider and Lillian Lucille Lance Crider. He was a man who loved Jesus and his family. He was a devoted member of Grace Christian Fellowship Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, Faye Crider Horne, Tracey Wilson, and Linda Christine Crider.

Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years Susie Maunell Mitchell Crider; daughter, Monica Crider Walker; son, Jerry Anthony (Tony) Crider; granddaughters, Chesney Lyn Walker, and Amanda Noel Walker; grandson, Nicholas Johnson; sister Deborah Hamilton; brothers, Johnny (Judy) Crider, Winston (Carlene) Crider, and Joseph (Lisa) Crider; niece Cheryl New, and many other nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 3 PM from the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Ron Sowder and Brother Michael Redwine officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Dalton Funeral home from 1 PM until the service hour.
