Reverend Jesse Wesley Crider took his heavenly flight on Friday, January 6, 2023 at his home. Rev Jesse was ordained in The Church of God of the Union Assembly. He Pastored the Churches in; Claxton TN, Gadsden AL, Harlan KY, Cartersville GA, Icard NC, and Texarkana TX. Rev Jesse had many talents, he could sing, play many different instruments and had a sense of humor that could make everyone laugh. He loved God, his family and friends, and Alabama football, ROLL TIDE! He is preceded in death by his Father; Rev. Wesley V. Crider; Mother, Eva Leola Crider; Brothers, Rev. Dennis Crider, Tommy Jo Brown, Kenneth Brown and Ronnie Brown; Sisters, Patsy Ruth Brown and Mary Jo Pratt. Rev. Crider is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 35 years Debra "Jones" Crider; sons, Jesse (Molly) Crider Jr and Nathan Crider; daughters, ShaNae (Jon) Harbin and Amanda Crider; siblings; Steve Crider, Linda Leola (Wayne) Thackston, Flo McDaniel, Shirley (Eddie) Wiggs, Jim Crider, Shae (Dave) Warren, Ann (Bob) Dexheimer, Wayne (Carol) Crider, Travis (Jett) Brown, Harold (Loramae) Brown; grandchildren; Lexi and Peyton Hutto, Olivia Sisk, Haddie and Ellie Crider; great granddaughter; Camilla Figueroa; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Church of God of the Union Assembly in Dalton, GA. He will lie in state 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM on Monday, January 9, 2023 at The Church of God of The Union Assembly in Dalton, GA the Celebration of Life service will follow at 2:00 PM with Reverend's Charlie T Pratt and Darren Faulknor officiating.
