Mr. Jimmy Lee Ball, age 66, of Calhoun, GA passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023. He was born on July 1, 1956. He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry Ball Jr. and Elsie "Ridley" Ball. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Deborah Ball; sons, Mickey (April) Ball and Matthew Ball; daughters, Tracy (Matthew) Rush and Crissy Ball; brother, Clevie Ball; sister, Carolyn Parker; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and several other nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Matt Rush, Joey Windiate, Matthew Ball, Brian McKee, Brian Mulkey, and TJ Burchett. Honorary pallbearers will be Perry E. Ball, Shann Cochran, and Scott Cochran. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jimmy Lee Ball will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Teems officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
