James Allen "Jimmy" Smartt, JR, age 54, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020. He was born on December 22, 1965. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rickie Lee Moore Smartt. He is survived by his father, James Allen Smartt, SR; brothers, Michael Robert Smartt of Eton, Nicholas Smartt of Grundy, County; sisters, Jamie Gann (Johnny Dobbins) of Tunnel Hill, Jennifer Ann Smartt (Danny Cochran) of Cohutta; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of James Allen "Jimmy" Smartt, JR will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Teague officiating.
