Jo Grant, age 86, of Dalton, GA. passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born February 4, 1939. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Grant Sr.; parents, Marvin and Georgia Todd Chadwick; son, Alan Rogers; brothers, William Mack Chadwick, Marvin Todd Chadwick, Carl Chadwick, C.F Chadwick; sister, Christine Newton, Coreen Chadwick. She is survived by her sons, Duane Rogers(Martha), Richard Grant Jr.(Gail); brothers, Jack P. Chadwick(Cathy), Al Chadwick(Betty); seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister in law, Glenna Chadwick; She is also survived by her beloved cat, Romeo, who brought her endless joy and companionship. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Jo Grant will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Clark officiating. Interment will be West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
