Joanne Ruth Vanbilliard, age 56, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, September 10, 2018. She was born on May 18, 1962. She was preceded in death by her father, Roland Saylor; and a brother, Roland Saylor. She is survived by her husband, Guy Vanbilliard of Dalton; mother, Jean Saylor of Pennsylvania; daughters and son in law, Samantha and Gary Goldsmith of Dalton, Amber Vanbilliard of Rocky Face; brothers and sister in law, William Saylor, Daniel Saylor, Peter and Michelle Saylor; sisters and brother in law, Judith and Alfred Schoenly, Joyce Smith, Carol Saylor; and 6 grandchildren.
