Joel Wayne Lowe, age 53, of Cohutta, Georgia passed away Monday, August 10, 2015. He was born February 12, 1962. He is preceded in death by his mother, Leta Jean Williams; and his father, Robert Williams. He is survived by his fiancé, Debra McCalloister; daughters, April Lowe of Rocky Face, Brandy Nichols of Dalton; the mother of his daughters, Alice Crumley; brother, Steve Lowe; grandchildren, Easton Walkins and Emma Walkins of Rocky Face, Gavin Awafford and Axelle Morgan of Dalton. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Joel Wayne Lowe will be held at 9:00 PM Thursday evening. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM till the hour of service.
