Joey Perez, 59, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his residence after a long fought battle of cancer. He was an army veteran who loved and fought for his country. Survivors include his immediate family, Tabitha, Brandon, TaitLynn and Bailee Silvius; BJ, Cady, Sadie and Oliver Silvius; Genell Tarmon and William Silvius. He was also survived by special friends but more like family, Tonya and Jason Silvius and Misty and Brian Phillips. The family would like to thank Tammy, Wanda and Felicia from Hamilton Hospice for taking such good care of him. Visitation will be held at Dalton Funeral Home on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 4-6 PM and the memorial service will start at 6:00 PM.
