John Raymond Campbell, Jr., age 72, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018. He was born on June 8, 1945. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Campbell, Sr. and Myrtle Scott Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Campbell of Ringgold; sons, Jamey Townsend of Ringgold, Johnathan Campbell of Calhoun; daughter and son in law, Tracy and James Campbell of North Carolina; sisters, Linda Cunningham of Indiana, Ramona Young of Indiana; special friends, Bryan and Debra Baldwin of Tennessee; furever friends, Bailey, Pippa and Abby; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of John Raymond Campbell Jr. will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery.
