John Gordy, age 66, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was born on March 26, 1951. John was preceded in death by his parents, Syrus and Johnnie Gordy; daughter, Marsha Eaves; brother, Will Gordy; sisters, Cornelia Gordy and Sarah Gordy. He is survived by his wife, Earlene Gordy of Ringgold; daughter, Bonnie Key of Atlanta; brother, Ellis Gordy; sister, Mary Flowers; grandchildren, Ashley Davis, Kyle Moreno, Alex Key, Heather Lowery; great grandchildren, Rosalyn Eaves and Adrian Lowery. A memorial service to celebrate the life of  John Gordy will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Ebenezer Baptist Church (77 Hackett Rd. Ringgold, GA 30736).
