John Junior Ogle, age 79, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017. He was born on March 28, 1938. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cam and Dicie Ogle; companion, Wylene Harrison; brothers, Charlie Ogle, Richard Ogle, Earl Ogle; sisters, Whalice Lacey and Lilian Pefley. He is survived by his daughters and son in law, Robin and Kenny Bailey of Tunnel Hill, Rhonda Greene of Dalton; grandchildren, Nathan and Anna Ridley, Nicole and Anthony Flowers, Jeremy and Chesa Bailey, Trey Smith, Baileigh Smith; great grandchildren, Logan, Blake, Caleb, Kyler, Beckham, Bailey, Braden, Levi; brothers and sister in law, George and Nora Ogle, Bruce Ogle of Dalton; sisters, Pauline Caldwell of Smyrna, GA, Mildred Sneed of Dalton; sister in law, Jackie Ogle of Dalton; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful pet, Susie. A funeral service to celebrate the life of John Junior Ogle will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home, with Rev. Kenny Bailey officiating. Interment will be at Good Hope Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 AM Saturday morning until the hour of service.
