Johnny "John" Ray Rogers, age 74, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021. He was born March 4, 1947. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gean Rogers; parents, Boyd and Edith Locke Rogers; brothers, Boyd "Jim" Rogers; James Roy Rogers; George B Rogers. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, David and Linda Ellsworth of Dalton, GA; Tommy and Melissa Sampson of Crandal, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Ivy and Ray Saylor of Chatsworth, GA; Shomalee and Dale Stratton of Dalton, GA; Caral Short of Rossville, GA; Kathy Rogers of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Quinton and Linda Rogers of Dalton, GA; Raymond Rogers of Dalton, GA; Doug Rogers of Dalton, GA; Alford "Buck" and Louise Rogers of Lily, GA; sisters, Lavada Helton of Unadilla, GA; Shirley Fouts of Chatsworth, GA.; Josie Fauscette of Resaca, GA. Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews and many friends. A Graveside service to celebrate the life of Johnny "John" Ray Rogers will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, March 21, 2021 at the Fauscette Family Cemetery with Bro. Gray McPhearson Officiating.
