He was preceded in death by his parents, Eustacio Marquez Hernandez and Teresa Andablo Chavez. He is survived by his loving wife, Elia F. Marquez; son, Jose Carlos and his wife Evelia Marquez; daughters, Nancy Marquez and her husband Hector Gomez Sr, Christina Teresa Marquez; grandchildren, Maverick Marquez, Lincoln Marquez, Javier Marquez, Eliamarie Marquez, Hollie Marquez, Hector Emmanuel Gomez Jr.; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jose Marquez will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Javier Munoz officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, May 6, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
