Juanita Marie Burnett McClain, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018. She was born on May 31, 1945. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Johnny Burnett and Evie McClure Burnett; brother, Johnny Junior Burnett; sisters, Annette Pratt, Yvonne Brown and Emily Hodge. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Chris and Jennifer McClain of Dalton; sister and brother in law, Cecilia and Lamar Kitchens of Dalton; aunts, Jimmie Dean and Faye Humphrey McClure; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Juanita Marie Burnett McClain will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 at The Church of God of the Union Assembly with Bro. Clinton Duke and Bro. Mike Kelley officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service. Shane Pratt, Colton Kitchens, Cody Kitchens, Harmon Kitchens, Landau Kitchens and Ricky Pratt will be serving as pallbearers.
