Judith Annette Belcher, age 71, of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014. She was born on March 20, 1943 in Dalton. Annette loved to sing and enjoyed singing in the church choir. She also loved to go to yard sales. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arlan Belcher; her mother, Jessie Green Bagley; and a brother, Gary Green. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Jerry and Alina Belcher of Rossville; a sister, Elizabeth "Libby" Dillard of Dalton; a sister in law, Carol Green of Dalton; the mother of her grandchildren, Lorie Ann Parker; grandchildren, Jeremy Belcher, Jason Belcher and Jennifer Belcher Vess; great grandchildren,  Sarah Vess and Lauren Vess. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Judith Annette Belcher will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2014 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother James Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 – 9:00 PM on Sunday evening.
