Julian Seth Panter, age 54, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017. He was born on June 19, 1963. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Panter; and a brother, Dennis Michael Panter. He is survived by his father, Hubert Panter (Star) of Chatsworth; sisters, Melissa Ann Panter (Gene Wright) of Dalton, Bonnie Celina (Johnny Wright) of Chatsworth; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Julian Seth Panter will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at Chatsworth Heights Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation one hour prior to the service.
