Katherine Brindle, of Dalton, GA passed away November 8, 2024. She was born February 1, 1939. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Strother and Vernice Kinder Strother; husband, Howard Hancock; son, Mike Hancock; brother, Jerry Strother; sister, Nancy Strother; grandson, Michael Hancock Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Pat (Robert) Woods, Sharon (John Shields) Merrell; brother, Oscar Strother; sister Sharon Gatewood; grandchildren, Jimmey Lee Woods, Melissa Travis, Theresa Corvi, Guy Shields, Ashley Shields and Six great grandchildren. No Services will be held. Interment will be at Ryo Cemetery Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S.
