Ms. Katie West, age 76, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. She was born on October 22, 1945. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Edna "Andrews" Cole; sister, Betty Cavender. She is survived by her sons, Randy Moore, Ricky Maines, Tracey Maines, Timothy and Ashley Maines, Tony and Misty Maines; daughters, Royslene Parker, Rita Arnold, and Renee Brinkley; grandchildren, Nicole Thomas, Kimberly Bishop, Cody Brinkley, Brandy Muse, Latrisha Collins, Brandon Arnold, Tyler Maines, and Reily Maines; and 10 great grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Katie West will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Kent Thomas officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00-3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home.
