Kenneth Richard Dempsey, age 59, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016. He was born on August 13, 1957. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Andrew Dempsey, SR and Louise Pierce Dempsey. He is survived by his daughter, Ashly Dempsey of Choudrant, LA; grandchildren, Brayden Dempsey and Konyr Dempsey of Choudrant, LA; brothers, Charles Andrew Dempsey, JR of Cohutta, GA, Wendell Harrison Dempsey of Tunnel Hill, GA, and James Edward Dempsey of Tunnel Hill, GA; sisters, Brenda Dempsey Boyd of Tunnel Hill, GA, and Shirley Ann Pilcher of Tunnel Hill, GA; nieces and nephews, Crystal Pilcher, Amber Pilcher, Brianna Ramirez, Sabrina Brooks, Kayla Nunley, Justin Boyd, Nathan Dempsey, and Bradley Dempsey; great nieces and nephews also survive. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Kenneth Richard Dempsey will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Neil Hasty officiating. Interment will be at New Hope Cemetery in Tunnel Hill. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 PM until the hour of service.
