Kimberly Ortiz, age 60, of Rocky Face, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. She was born December 14, 1963. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayland Eugene Reeves Jr. and mother, Diane 'Wheeler' Kenimer. She is survived by her husband, Joe Ortiz; son, Jeffery Plumlee; daughter, Melissa Stafford; brother, Wayland Reeves III; sisters, Michelle Miller, Cheryl Daffron; grandchildren, Destiny and Dakota.
