Larry Dean Rickett, Sr., age 74, of Resaca, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016. He was born on October 28, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Rickett. Larry is survived by his wife, Linda Rickett of Resaca; sons, Jeff Rickett of Dalton, Bryan Rickett of Chatsworth, Larry Dean Rickett, Jr. of Dalton; daughters, Lisa Gail of Chattanooga, Regina; sisters and brother in law, Sharon and Morris Shields of Chatsworth, Joyce Baggett of Chatsworth; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Larry Dean Rickett, Sr. will be held at 6:00 PM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. James Armstrong officiating.
