Lena "Naomi" Hunter, age 66, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020. She was born on October 30, 1953. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Hunter; parents, James and Martha Gibson; sister Margaret. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Jerry and Tonya Hunter of Dalton, daughter and son in law, Tina Thomason and Jeff James of Ringgold; brothers Chester, Richard, Gary and Tommy; sisters Christina, Loretta, Carolyn, Joan, Janice and Sheila; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins; A memorial service to celebrate the life of Lena "Naomi" Hunter will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Lamar Patton officiating.
