Linda Faye Brown, age 79, of Tunnel Hill, Ga. passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. She was born November 14, 1944. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Crockell the father of her daughter, Earl Brown; parents, Reese and Grace Bishop; brothers, Troy Franks, J.C. Franks, Bradley Franks, and David Franks; sisters, Edith Barton, Lois Lingerfelt, and Gladis Colbert. She is survived by her daughter, Mindy Jones; grandchildren, Shelby (Jose) Martinez, Lauren Halley; great grandchildren, Scarlett and Oliver Martinez; nieces and nephews, Rhonda Caronna, Rick Franks and Chris Carter, Melissa and Steve Postell; great nieces and nephew, Christian Morris, Molly Morris. The family would like to give thanks to Compassus Hospice, Avent Health and Autumn Estates. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Linda Faye Brown will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Lynn Hayes officiating. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
