Ms. Linda Faye Cartwright, age 65, of Chatsworth, Ga, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026. She was born on August 18, 1960. Ms. Cartwright was preceded in death by her parents, John and Zella Mae Daughtrey; grandson, Ethan; and brother, Jack Daughtrey. Linda was a ginseng hunter, an animal lover, and she couldn’t say no! The thing she loved the most was playing in the dirt with her grandchildren.

Ms. Cartwright is survived by her son, Dennis Trantham (Stephanie) of Chatsworth, GA.; daughter, Amanda Headrick (Billy Joe) of Murphy, NC.; grandchildren, Christian, Kyle, Chase, Evan, Austin, Jacob, Jeremiah; and numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Wanda, Barb, Joan, and Mae.

A service to celebrate the life of Linda Faye Cartwright will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm. With brother Eddie Trantham officiating. The family will be receiving friends for a visitation on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 12:00 pm. Till 2:00 pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Dalton Funeral Home. 620 S.
