Linda Ruth Davis, age 72, of Dalton, GA passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. She was born on January 23, 1950. She was preceded in death by her parents, JB Davenport and Eula Mae "Elrod" Davenport; son, Lloyd Shane Davis; and sister, Patsy Jenkins. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Davis (Justin Cook) of Dalton; sister, Betty Murphy; grandchildren, Alexandria Barnes, Trenton Barnes, and Katelynn Barnes. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Linda Davis will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Ballew officiating. Interment will be at Center Hill Cemetery in Chatsworth. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home.
